Based on legitimate interest, the hotel group may also process customer data to send commercial communications about tourism products and services offered by the data controller, with the aim of providing better customer service.

The customer may object to this processing at any time, and this objection will not condition or limit the execution of the main contract.

The data controller undertakes to apply all technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure data security and compliance with confidentiality and legal obligations.

The confidentiality duty will remain in force indefinitely even after the contractual relationship has ended.

Customer data is processed to manage the contractual relationship under the terms and conditions agreed, in accordance with article 6.1.b) GDPR.

Personal data provided when making a booking will be stored while the purpose for which it was collected remains valid and, in any case, until applicable limitation periods expire. Data will then be blocked when no longer relevant for that purpose.

Where deletion is requested through the right to object under article 21.2 GDPR, the controller may keep identifying data when necessary to prevent future direct marketing processing.

If required information is not provided, the contract cannot be concluded. The customer may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability via customer service at Calle Aragon 71, Bajos, Ibiza, Balearic Islands, postal code 07800.
