Insotel Hotel Group launches insotel.events, its new website dedicated to congresses, conventions, incentive trips and corporate meetings in the Balearic Islands. It is designed to let companies explore the group's MICE offering, check rooms and capacities, and request a tailor-made proposal quickly and easily.
Eight hotels on four islands
The new platform brings together eight 3- to 5-star hotels across Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera, with modular rooms and comprehensive services for any type of event. Behind every project is a dedicated MICE team that supports the client from proposal to execution, backed by more than 45 years of experience.
Spaces and capacities in detail
The website includes technical sheets with floor areas, ceiling heights and capacities by room layout. The group's two convention centres stand out: the one at Insotel Punta Prima Resort & Spa in Menorca, with a 650 m² room that holds up to 760 people in theatre style, and the one at Insotel Fenicia Prestige Suites & Spa in Ibiza, with five modular rooms for up to 250 people, several of them with a 360° virtual tour.
A proposal for every type of event
The site organises the offering by event type: meetings and conferences, congresses and conventions, incentive trips, corporate galas and dinners, team building, and presentations and launches. For incentive and team-building programmes, the group suggests activities such as water sports, sailing, scuba diving, cycling routes or archery, as well as excursions around the island.
Comprehensive services
Insotel's MICE team takes care of tailored catering, audiovisual technology and equipment, overall event coordination, group accommodation with special rates, transport and transfers, and complementary activities, including access to spa and wellness facilities.
